2.     If you are the highest bidder, you are obligated to pay for the item on the date of the event.

3.     The person redeeming the prize MUST submit the online redemption form within 2 MONTHS from the date of purchase to secure travel dates. Failure to book within the timeframe will forfeit the prize voucher without refund.

4.     Voucher to be used within 12 MONTHS from the date of the auction.

5.     Prize is subject to availability, non-extendable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

6.     Blackout period: school holidays and special event periods.

7.     Flights are NOT included.

8.     Travel Insurance is not included but is strongly recommended.
